What a field inspection is
Lenders, servicers, and insurers often need someone local to visit a property or a business and confirm what is there. A field inspector follows the client's checklist, takes the required photos, records what was observed, and submits the report by the deadline. The inspector reports facts. Appraisals, valuations, and structural opinions belong to licensed professionals.

Why a 911 commander makes a good inspector
Twenty-one years of NYPD 911 command was twenty-one years of recording exactly what happened, in order, under time pressure, in a form someone else could act on. Inspection reports get the same treatment: complete, time-stamped, and delivered when promised.
Coverage and pricing
Orange, Ulster, Rockland, Westchester, and Dutchess counties and all five boroughs. Inspections are quoted per visit based on location and reporting requirements. Recurring volume can be priced on a standing basis.
Common questions
How fast can you complete an inspection?
Most visits can be completed within the window your order specifies. Call or text with the address, the due date, and the checklist and I will confirm before accepting.
Do you work with inspection companies and platforms?
Yes. I take assignments from lenders and servicers directly and from the field-service companies that manage orders for them.
